Coaching
Individual coaching is an intensive one-one-one path toward growth. It is a catalyst for change that supports you in goal setting, action planning and dealing with obstacles that arise along the way but lead to a happy place.
It is a tool that gives courage, faith and helps get visible results faster.
Sometimes coaching provides the client with more answers than questions and other times it is quite the opposite, so by choosing the coaching path, we will both explore the unknown.

- 8 coaching sessions
- lasts for approximately 4–6 months
- may take the form of face-to-face or on-line meetings
- is structured so that the interval between sessions lasts min. seven days and max. fourteen days
- is preceded by a consultation to find out mutual needs and expectations

WHEN TO CHOOSE COACHING?
I believe that each of us is capable of creating change ourselves. However, for some reason, some of us don’t do that.
Clients usually say they simply lack motivation, perseverance, self-confidence, clarity of purpose, an idea of which direction they want to go, belief in their success, knowledge of tools and effective ways to make a change.
I work with clients who are willing to put time and energy to grow, who know what they want to change or at least they are ready to search for an answer to that question.
HOW EFFECTIVE IS COACHING?
I guarantee my full commitment, knowledge, proven tools, experience and substantial preparation.
But I won’t be able to do anything without the commitment of the client. This is why the client’s motivation to make a real change is crucial.
